1. Delivery time:
The delivery time in North America is once a month, and the specific time is the first Tuesday of each month. In China, twice a month, the specific time is the Wednesday at the beginning of each month and the Wednesday in the middle of each month. The pre-order time must be more than 20 days earlier than the delivery time, otherwise, the delivery of the product will be postponed to the delivery time of the next month.
2. Order method:
Most of the products displayed in this mall are unique products. Customers have to confirm whether the products are still in stock by email and phone before placing an order. Our staff will give a reply within 2 days. After the confirmation is completed, the order can be formally placed by email. The email address for orders is: frank.c@roeyuanimed.com or info@roeyuanimed.com, please indicate the product code number when ordering.
3.Return Policy and Conditions:
The return of product must fulfill both of following two conditions.
1) The return and exchange time in North America is within 10 days after receiving the goods, and in China it is within 7 days after receiving the goods. When delivering the goods, the staff will video and take pictures of the packaging and products and send them to the customer. When the returned products are received, the packaging and products must be in good condition with no traces of use.
2) For returns and exchanges of goods that cost more than 800 Canadian dollars, customers must apply for jewelry appraisal from a third-party professional authoritative organization and obtain the corresponding certificate before purchasing. Goods, appraisal costs are borne by the buyer。

北美地区的交货时间为每月一次，具体时间为每月月初的第一个星期二。中国地区为每月二次，具体时间为每月月初的星期三和月中的星期三。客户预定时间需早于交货时间20天以上，否则，产品的交付将顺延到下个月的交货时间。
2.订货方式：
本商城所展示的产品大部分为孤品，客户在下订单前通过邮件和电话确认产品是否还有存货，公司员工将会于2天内给与回复，确认完毕后，可正式通过邮件下单，下单邮件地址：frank.c@roeyuanimed.com或info@roeyuanimed.com,订货时请注明产品编号。
3.退换货政策和条件：
产品的退换必须同时满足下面两个条件。
   1）北美地区的退换货时间为收到货后的10天内，中国地区为收到货后的7天内。发货时公司员工会对产品和包装进行录像和拍照并发送于客户，在收到退货时产品的时，包装和产品需完好如初，无使用痕迹。
   2）对应高于800加币的货品的退换货，客户购买前必需提前申请第三方专业权威机构珠宝鉴定并取得相应证书，公司在收到退换货后会重新到专业机构确认，确认无误后可退换货，鉴定费用有买家承担。
